“Reliable and Ready” REALTOR® since 2016. I was born in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, but was raised in Texas since 1997, and have called East Texas Home since 2007. I know what it is like to do the following, because I have personally experienced:-moving from state to state
-moving from a larger city to East Texas
-purchasing a home
-purchasing an older home (Victorian home built around 1895)
-selling a home
-purchasing a home while selling a home (yes, I've survived a contingent contract)
-remodeling a home (bonus points because I remodeled a home in 2021... when you couldn't get anything, and my dining table took a year to get to my house)
-getting a home "show ready", while we were still living in the house
-developing relationships in an area where you didn't grow up in
-selling a loved one's home after they have passed away (bonus points, it was also in another state)
-showing properties while pregnant
-showing properties with a newborn
-being a real estate agent while also being a wife, and a mother
I say this because I want you to know that I have experienced MUCH real estate life, and I although we are not the same person, I know what it is like, because I have truly LIVED through the experience.
I love being a REALTOR® in East Texas! I chose to become a REALTOR® because I wanted a fast paced, competitive career, that allowed me to provide value, professionalism, and advocacy for my clients and community. I am a past president of Greater Tyler Association of Realtors (currently hold the record of youngest as well), nominated for ETX Forty Under 40 multiple times, nominated for BBB award of excellence for small business owners and have been the Top Producer of the Tyler Team (multiple times) and entire Brokerage.
When I am not working with my clients, I like to spend quality time with my family and friends.
Some of my favorite activities are:
-cooking with my husband, Travis, and trying out new cookie recipes (love peanut butter cookies with a chocolate bar on top!)
-arts and crafts with my daughter, Siobhan (pronounced Shiv-awn)
-thrifting
